It's always such a good feeling when a happy customer comes back to me for more work. Four years ago, I remodeled a stunning kitchen in Bothell, and they recently reached back out to me, this time for a whole house upgrade.

Here's a quick overview of the scope of work: install a new fireplace downstairs, install new stairs and handrails, lay hardwood flooring on the entire 2nd floor, upgrade the hall bathroom, upgrade the primary bathroom/create a new layout, renovate the laundry room, install build-in cabinetry in the office, primary bedroom and hallway, install all new doors/millwork, and paint the entire interior.

In depth details about the renovation:

• Demoed the upstairs: carpet, bathrooms, stairs, and handrails

• Demoed all the doors and millwork in the entire house

• Demoed the downstairs fireplace

• Framed a new layout in the primary bathroom

• Framed for and installed a new Linear Fireplace Xtrordinair

• Installed, sanded and finished the upstairs hardwoods

• Installed, sanded and finished hardwood flooring on the stair treads, risers and skirt boards

• Roughed in the plumbing and electrical

• Installed new insulation and drywall in the areas of the remodel

• Installed all new doors and millwork

• Installed tile and cabinetry in the hall bathroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room

• Installed built-in cabinetry in the office, primary bedroom, and hallway for added storage

• Installed floating cabinets and floating shelves to the left and right of the new fireplace

• Installed quartz in all bathrooms

• Painted the entire interior

• Installed stunning new light fixtures
