Big changes happened in this Everett two-story home, with the kitchen and primary bathroom undergoing the biggest transformations. My clients were so motivated and excited that they carefully demoed their own kitchen and sold all the cabinetry and appliances! This is a first for us at McRae Homes. Usually we're the ones doing all the demo and demo removal. Needless to say, I've enjoyed every moment working here with this fantastic family who has been nothing but appreciative and thankful.

Here's what we accomplished:

• Designed a new a kitchen layout

• Installed new cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, designer appliances, and lighting in the kitchen

• Re-sanded and stained all the hardwoods on the first floor

• Installed a new gas burning fireplace and mantle

• Installed cabinetry and quartz countertops next to the fireplace

• Painted the entire first floor interior

• Fully renovated the upstairs bathroom: vanity, quartz countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, bathtub, etc.
