Lucky me—this project is just a quick 5-minute drive from our home! Transformations undertaken in this home have completely changed its entire vibe. Here’s a detailed list of our achievements:

- Opened up the space by removing interior walls

- Added beautiful hardwood flooring in the dining and living rooms, then sanded, stained, and refinished all the hardwoods

- Designed a new electrical layout

- Upgraded plumbing from CPCV to PEX and copper

- Raised the dining room ceiling for a more spacious feel

- Enhanced the dining room's charm by exposing a beam

- Completely reimagined and remodeled the upstairs hall bathroom

- Demoed the kitchen

- Installed drywall

- Replaced the millwork

- Repainted the entire interior

- Sanded and stained the handrail on the stairs to match the new hardwoods

- Installed cabinets and quartz countertops in the kitchen and upstairs hall bathroom

- Installed tile backsplash, appliances, and hardware in kitchen

- Trimmed the electrical and plumbing
