The area between the detached garage and the front of this Remond home was a sunken concrete patio, and provided little use to my clients. The McRae Homes team built a deck to connect the garage and front entry/front of the home for added space, which will be used for a barbeque/cooking area. We also built stairs from the deck down to the side yard. The end result is so beautiful and functional.
