As we think toward the future about retirement, Nicole and I decided it's time to start building a rental portfolio. We've kept an eye on a particular home in Chelan Hills for some time now, and as of the end of 2023 we can say with pure joy in our hearts that it's officially ours (and we are officially landlords). And no, this is not a STR!

This home was a "for sale by owner" listing, and after many meetings and phone conversations with the owners, we were able to come to an agreement that equally benefits both them and us. It's been an unbelievably fantastic experience working with them, and they are like family to us now! The home is currently rented full time by a wonderful family. We sure love the Chelan community!
