Hung bifold doors in the laundry area
Transformed 1 of the 2 tandem garage stalls into 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom
Framed the floors up to the same level as the main house
Insulated the floors
Framed the two bedrooms + closets, bathroom, and hallways
Installed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
Installed insulation in the walls
Installed a window and siding on the exterior where the garage door used to be
Installed board and batten on the gable end of the exterior of the home
Painted the exterior
Installed drywall
Painted the 2 bedrooms (SW Delft), bathroom (SW Waterloo), and hallways (SW Oyster Bay)
Installed carpet in the bedrooms and LVP in the hallways
Installed doors and millwork
Installed the bathroom vanity and tub shower
Put together a L-shaped quadruple twin bunk bed
Final inspection = COMPLETE!

Deck Rebuild
We tore down the old deck, rebuilt a new 1,000 square foot one with Azek decking, built a covered area that spans 50% of the deck, and also installed handrails with steel cables.
